Attention Georgia UST Owners/Operators!

Your staff who are Class A, Class B, or Class C Operators can conduct the 30 Day Walkthrough Inspection.

TankForms has created a modified version of the Georgia EPD UST 30 Day Walkthrough Checklist Log which has been approved for usage by the Georgia EPD.

Utilizing in-house staff to conduct the 30 Day Walkthrough Inspection rather than subcontracting to an outside vendor provides several benefits.

Step 1 - Onboarding/Set-Up

The first step is creating inspection forms for each of your locations. The information required to set up the walkthrough inspection form to populate the Georgia EPD form is the following.

  • Facility name

  • Facility street address

    Facility city

  • Facility county

  • Facility zip code

  • Facility ID number

  • Does facility have USTs with cathodic protection?

  • Owner name

  • Owner street address

  • Owner city

  • Owner state

  • Owner zip code

  • Owner phone number

There is a one-time per location onboarding/set-up fee of $30.

However, the $30 fee is waived for GACS Members!

Step 2 - Project Assigning

As part of the onboarding process, TankForms will establish usernames, temporary passwords, and access level for managers (admin level) and staff (basic level).

Those with admin accounts can assign locations to an individual staff person or create a shared name which multiple people can access. TankForms will help you decide and assist with setting up your locations.

Step 3 - Data Collection

Within 30 days of the previous walkthrough inspection, the person conducting the walkthrough inspection opens the corresponding month, completes the inspection questions, and takes photographs to document site conditions.

Step 4 - Data Review

Once the webapp has been synced with the cloud, admin level users can access and review the results, including the site photographs.

Photographs can be viewed from either the summary view or the edit project view; however, they can only be enlarged in the edit project view.

Step 5 - Output of Forms

Both admin and basic level users can export the TankForms version of the 30 Day Walkthrough Inspection
